Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the product in its original box, ensuring all manuals, mounting hardware, and batteries are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
